Shipping Policy

SHIPPING     

 

Each order is fulfilled by reputable courier partners. Orders for ready-to-wear clothing that are in stock are filled in a maximum of 48 hours.  

 

  • The timeframe specified in the product description will be followed for the shipment of any customized items. When the item has been shipped, the customer will get an email.
  • The shipping window listed on the product page will be followed. Any further delays brought on by the delivery partner may be reported to innoventrictechnology@gmail.com We can try to fix them as soon as we can.
  • A tracking number that can be used to follow the cargo on the website of the relevant courier partner will be provided to the customer.

  • Shipments can be a few days late during periods of high order volume. Please give the delivery transit time an extra day or two. We will contact you by phone or email if the shipment of your item is significantly delayed.

 

CANCELLATION     

 

  • You can cancel an order on fashionrise at any time after it has been placed or up until the item can no longer be delivered.
  • Once an item is deemed ready for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
  • Please accept the order and return the items later if they are in transit or being dispatched.
  • For a variety of reasons, fashionrise has the authority to occasionally cancel an order on its own.
