Return and Refund Policy

RETURN     

If you're not entirely satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund. Returns, however, are only permitted if the products are undamaged, unwashed, and in saleable condition, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.  

Consider the following Terms and Conditions as well:  

• Please be aware that there is a 48-hour return policy on fashionrise.
• Refunds are subject to the W team's inspection and verification.
• Damages resulting from carelessness, improper usage, or application are not covered by our return policy.
• The conditions of the relevant warranty and guarantee apply to products returned due to a manufacturing flaw, such as color leaking.
• We are unable to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds to our international customers due to high shipping costs.

REFUND     

• Following our inspection of the returned item, we will let you know whether or not your refund has been processed.
• If your refund is approved, we will begin a refund to your original payment method.
• Damages resulting from carelessness, improper usage, or application are not covered by our return policy.
• Within 5 to 7 days, the refund will be processed.
• The same payment method used to place the order will be used to process refunds.
